Lisa Geisler began her event planning career over 20 years ago, before that she worked as a surgical assistant in some of the top hospital in Chicago. Her journey in the catering and event planning world began slowly, allowing her to get the expertise needed to pursue her passion. At first it started out as private events for friends and family, and it was the support from them that led her to furthering her education and surrounding herself with expertise in her field. It did not take long for Lisa to create her own personal stamp on the event planning and catering industry.
Along the way Lisa began to take her passion to another aspect of the event profession, design. Lisa’s designs are inventive and completely custom-designed events, executed with class and perfection. Eclectic Elegance Events are known for excellence in design, creativity, and originality. Lisa’s exquisite attention to every detail guarantees a memorable event.

On an organic farm outside Boulder, CO, future Chef Paolo Neville developed a deep respect for the simplicity of fresh produce and a connection to the land. Cooking his way through high school, he realized cooking came naturally to him and could be a fulfilling career.
Paolo moved to San Francisco in 1998. After a year at an upscale French brasserie, Paolo accepted a head chef position at the Bistro at Glen Ellen, in the heart of the Sonoma wine country. While overseeing the Bistro, Paolo helped open Wild Fox Mesquite Fired Kitchen, an eclectic all-American steakhouse. He remained the head chef for the next three years, winning numerous awards throughout Northern California.
Landing back in Colorado in 2005, Paolo served as chef de cuisine at Brasserie Ten Ten & The Med restaurants in Boulder before becoming the executive chef for Legacy Ridge golf course, where he continued a tradition of freshly prepared dishes made extensively with local Colorado ingredients as well as monthly wine dinners.
Chef Neville spent the next 8 years dazzling customers with his culinary talent at 95A Bistro & Co Lafayette, Colorado, before launching his own personal chef services company as well as a Gourmet Hotdog Concept called Urban Hotdog Collective. Also, an author, Paolo is publishing a chef’s memoir this winter.
Lacey has been a professional photographer for over 14 years and has been working with Eclectic Elegance Events in capturing the special moments of our clients’ events. We learned during our time together at events Lacey has another passion, event design. Lacey grew up with a mother who worked as an event florist and was taught the trade at a very young age. Lacey is both creative and multifaceted and she is excited to help your event look beautiful and then photograph it.
Jason White has 20 years in the event industry with his talent in customer service, bartending, and event production. He has mastered the art of our exciting industry and can overcome any obstacle that our industry hands to us. He is a quick
